Trouble-Shooting

  • Try A Different Browser such as Chrome, or Firefox
  • Try changing your computer settings to the default settings
  • Check your pop-up blocker

LOGIN

The login is  your student email acct.:   e1234567@student.dcccd.edu   

employee's use:  3x4@dcccd.edu 

The password is your  eConnect password.  

If you continue to have problems logging in from home:     

  • Try going to eConnect and resetting your password, use the forgot password link (even if you know your password).  Wait a bit for the new password to sync across the system.    Then try using the new password.
  • If you are using Explorer, Edge or Safari browsers, try either Chrome or Firefox.
